ReadyCook acts as an intermediary tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or controlled by any External Platform. ### 3. Service Availability and External Platform Dependencies #### 3.1 Third-Party Platform Dependency ReadyCook's functionality depends on third-party APIs, interfaces, and policies of External Platforms. These platforms may: * Change their terms of service, APIs, or technical specifications at any time * Block, restrict, or modify access to their services * Implement new security measures or authentication requirements * Discontinue services or features #### 3.2 Service Interruptions AVL Holding shall not be liable for any service interruptions, limitations, or unavailability caused by: * Changes to External Platform policies, APIs, or technical specifications * Account suspensions, restrictions, or bans imposed by External Platforms * External Platform maintenance, updates, or technical issues * Force majeure events including but not limited to network outages, cyber attacks, or governmental actions #### 3.3 No Guarantee of Continuous Service While we strive to maintain service availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to ReadyCook due to dependencies on External Platforms beyond our control. ### 4. Account Access and Responsibilities #### 4.1 User Registration * Access to ReadyCook requires user registration and account creation * You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials * You must provide accurate information during registration and keep it updated #### 4.2 External Platform Compliance * You acknowledge that your use of External Platforms through ReadyCook must comply with their respective terms of service * You are solely responsible for any violations of External Platform policies * AVL Holding is not responsible for account suspensions or actions taken by External Platforms ### 5. Authorized Use and Restrictions #### 5.1 Permitted Use You may use ReadyCook solely for legitimate resale activities in compliance with: * All applicable laws and regulations * External Platform terms of service * These Terms & Conditions #### 5.2 Prohibited Activities You shall not: * Use the service for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful activities * Attempt to circumvent External Platform security measures * Share your account credentials with third parties * Reverse engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the service * Use automated tools to access the service beyond its intended functionality ### 6. Intellectual Property All content on ReadyCook, including trademarks, logos, graphics, images, and text, is the property of AVL Holding or its partners. We shall not be liable for: * Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages * Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities * Service interruptions caused by External Platform changes * Actions taken by External Platforms against user accounts * Financial losses resulting from External Platform restrictions or policy changes #### 8.3 Maximum Liability Cap In no event shall AVL Holding's total liability exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim. ### 9. Service Modifications and Termination #### 9.1 Service Changes AVL Holding reserves the right to: * Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time * Update features, functionality, or supported External Platforms * Implement new security measures or access restrictions #### 9.2 Account Termination We may suspend or terminate your access immediately, without notice, for: * Violation of these Terms & Conditions * Suspected fraudulent or illegal activity * Extended inactivity * Technical or security concerns ### 10. Force Majeure AVL Holding shall not be liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to External Platform changes, government actions, natural disasters, cyber attacks, or network failures. ### 11.
